Peculiarities of preparing visual polyatlonists at 17-18 in the annual cycletricular process

This article describes the features of training athletes in winter polyathlon, which includes three sports different in their physical and physiological characteristics: shooting, strength gymnastics and skiing. Winter polyathlon as a complex sport contributes to enhancing functional capabilities, motor skills, increases interest in the sport.
