Specific features of the approaches to information and psychological confrontation in the ancient Chinese military-psychological tradition

The history of the emergence of the theory and practice of information and psychological confrontation in ancient China is analyzed. The psychological nature of the goals, methods and means of information and psychological confrontation is revealed. Confrontation is considered as a special type of communication, unfolding in specific conditions. Specific methods of information and psychological confrontation are discussed. The relevance, theoretical and practical significance of the historical experience of information and psychological confrontation for our time is justified.
