Features of position of individuals and legal entities in the Russian market of security-free securities of Russia

The article assesses the characteristics of individuals who can carry out their activities on the stock market in Russia. The legislative requirements, economic factors and criteria of participants in relations in the sphere of issue and circulation of shares and bonds are considered, their advantages and disadvantages are noted. The dynamics of increasing corporate and regional bonds on the stock exchange is shown, as well as the creation of prerequisites for the transition to improving the technical base of the market based on distributed registries is noted, on the basis of which it is concluded that there is an inevitable change in the position of individuals on the main securities market.
