Features of the order of forcing to conclude agreement

Citizens and legal entities are free to conclude an agreement. However, in some cases, you can force a party to conclude a contract. As a rule, a party that is obliged to conclude an agreement is considered to have evaded if, having received an offer, it does not take any action within the prescribed period: it does not accept it and does not send a protocol of disagreements to the counterparty. However, other circumstances may indicate evasion from the conclusion of the contract.
