The authors identified a number of issues, which are typical of the countries in a post-conflict period, as well as gave a detailed analysis of the models of the post-conflict reconstruction in the countries that had an experience in resolving an armed conflict. The article offers the authors' systematic and structural approach to a post-conflict reconstruction in terms of the psychological aid to the victims who suffered from an armed conflict. The authors substantiate the psychological approach to a post-conflict recovery at the three levels, namely, individual, micro- and macrosystemic, which will determine the types and methods of rendering the assistance required.
