The features of Russian separation of power within system of "checks and balances"

The article gives a detailed analysis of the main attributes of formation and development of power separation principle in historical aspect. Having analyzed the characteristics of modern mechanisms of checks and balances, the need of the effective system of checks and balances forming, that establishes close interrelation within all branches of the power and the President of the Russian Federation, is revealed and proved.
