Features of building a strategic planning system in industrial entrepreneurship

Production is a complex structural element, the management of which is specific and cannot be universally measured. In such conditions, there is a need to improve the existing management apparatus of industrial enterprises in a strategic perspective. The most significant from the point of view of the strategic development of industrial entrepreneurship is a competently built strategic planning system. It is in planning that the necessary targets and conditions for achieving them are laid down. This article is devoted to the consideration of the key features of the construction of a strategic planning system in the conditions of the functioning of a manufacturing enterprise. To achieve this goal, it is proposed to consider the essence of industrial entrepreneurship and note the main points on which it is permissible to exert managerial influence; highlight the features of strategic planning in production, focusing on the interaction of enterprises to achieve their production goals; to propose a justification for the need to improve entrepreneurial activity in modern conditions, focusing on the production aspects and the role of interaction with counterparties. As a result, it was concluded that in the conditions of widespread digitalization, new opportunities for building a strategic planning system are emerging. Based on the theoretical analysis, the necessary material has been obtained, which is planned to be used in further practical developments in the formation of algorithms for managing a manufacturing enterprise.
