Social service consumption features

The article defines a number of criteria that form the level and quality of social services consumed by society. The author's position proceeds primarily from the point of view of social peculiarities in the process of consumption of services by the population, and only then - economic. This approach is more innovative when considering the state as a social structure, the functioning of which is aimed at the formation of favorable social, economic and legal conditions for the life of its citizens.
