Features of perception of modern juvenile crime

Introduction: the article is devoted to the study of сhallenges of perception and features of modern manifestations of juvenile delinquency, the determinants of which lie in new factors of social development caused by information globalization, the emergence of a new online social environment. Materials and Methods: the methodological basis of this work is a dialectical approach to the scientific perception of juvenile delinquency. In this regard, general scientific methods of cognition are applied: system-structural analysis, differentiation method, generalization, comparison, abstraction, historical and legal method, modeling. Results: the article gives the author's concept of a global information factor, or online factor; describes the criminological hexagonal matrix, reflecting the complete structure of significant information for the perception of juvenile delinquency, which has a certain coordinate system; in order to improve the efficiency of juvenile delinquency, it is proposed to conduct criminological monitoring of this type of crime...
