Features of legal awareness and problems of civil society formation in the modern Russia

The article is concerned with correlation between public legal awareness development and possibility of the civil society formation in Russia. It considers main factors and mechanisms of the positive legal awareness formation and development, describes state of the legal awareness in the current Russia, defines psychological mechanisms of the individual social responsibility as an essential inner precondition of the positive legal awareness development. The authors emphasize the necessity of the deep research and interdisciplinary approach to resolve such socio-legal and state political issues as development of the public legal awareness and formation of the civil society.
