In the article some features of regulatory law-making of the central (federal) government authorities in Russia and Vietnam are considered. The authors call the most obvious differences in the regulation of the law-making process of these countries. The conclusion is that the Vietnamese penchant for order and attention to detail the regulatory framework of law-making could be beneficial to the Russian legislator.
