Features of legal development of the small innovative enterprises in Russia

The article represents the analyses of the legal genesis of institution of enterprise activity in the Russian business system. The author gives the short historical sketch of the development of the institution of business in Russia, and it also contains the detailed analyses the current state and readiness of the Russian social and economic and state-private system of business to accept such new economic segment as the innovative enterprises in inner market.
