Features of the legal regulation of alimony obligations of parents in relation to adult children

This article deals with the legal regulation of maintenance obligations in respect of disabled and in need of material assistance for adult children. Peculiarities of maintenance duties of parents and children are considered. The conditions under which parents are obliged to pay alimony to their adult children have been studied. The concepts of disability and need are also disclosed.
