Features of legal regulation of the lease agreement in civil law of the Republic of Uzbekistan: implementation issues and improvement

The article examines such issues as the relevance of applying a leasing agreement in the conditions of market relations in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the advantages of this type of lease agreement, the specifics of the legal regulation of a leasing agreement under the civil law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the possibilities of a leasing agreement for investment, distinctive features of a financial lease agreement, the procedure for concluding and the content of the lease agreement, the risks associated with the lease agreement, the issues of liability of the parties to the lease agreement. The article formulates some proposals for improving the legislation regulating leasing relations in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
