Features of the law regulation of musical works

This article addresses some issues related to the legal regulation of musical works. Analyzed the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the materials of judicial practice on this issue. Considerable place in the work is occupied by the consideration of the issue of the legal regulation of musical works as part of an audiovisual work. The article on the basis of law enforcement practice shows the problem faced by the courts everywhere. In conclusion, the author draws attention to the fact that the issue of musical works must be finalized in the legal aspect.
