The legal nature of public contracts; analyzes the peculiarities of regulation of public contracts in carrying out banking activities; special attention is paid to the Bank account agreements and Bank Deposit; the conclusion of the private-legal nature of the Bank account agreement; analyses the most important condition of a public contract - price; the conclusion about the impact on the size of the citizen's income on Bank Deposit other conditions; a generalization is made about the impossibility of invalidating a Bank Deposit agreement concluded with an individual on such grounds as atypical terms of a particular transaction.
