This report will disclose the content of the concept of advertising on the Internet by identifying criteria for distinguishing between advertising and other types of information, as well as identifying signs of this type of advertising directly, which will allow to distinguish between advertising on the Internet and other information; An analysis of the legal regulation of advertising on the Internet will be carried out. The requirements for advertising on the Internet are considered. The prospects for improving advertising legislation have been determined, taking into account the identified shortcomings in the legal regulation of advertising on the Internet.
