Features of the legal regulation of railway workers’ labour as entities providing for the vital needs of the population

The article analyzes the legal status of individual workers in the field of railway transport, the reasons to single out these workers from a number of other subjects of labor, as well as the possibility of considering other categories of personnel in the areas of providing for the vital needs of the population as a separate group of people with a special legal status. The author has researched the labour legislation of railway workers, identified a specific group of subjects of labor relations in the mentioned branch, which has the special legal status, and considered separate by-laws. The conclusions about the differentiation of the legal regulation of labor relations in the field of railway transport has been made, and the position on the possibility of classifying other workers in the field of providing for the vital needs of the population on the basis of belonging to the operation of social facilities has been stated.
