Anti-dumping protection measures in Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and European Union (EU)

Importance considering the global economic liberalization, it is still relevant to additionally protect and secure interests of national producers and manufacturers. Anti-dumping policies and remedies are one of the common tools in trade policy. The main aim of this complex of measures is to counteract the unfair competition from imported goods. The research aims at identifying the specificity of anti-dumping investigations in EAEU and EU.
