Peculiarities of application of personal income tax deductions in the system of tax administration

The article reveals the forms of tax benefits in respect of personal income tax, the principles of providing tax deductions to taxpayers on personal income tax. The authors reveal the procedure, amount and conditions for granting tax deductions to certain categories of taxpayers, and their importance for ensuring social justice in relation to taxation of income of Russian citizens.
