Features of application of cloud computing in EDMS of public sector

The article discusses the implementation of cloud computing in EDMS of public sector. It gives examples of existing cloud providers, analyzes the factors constraining the development of cloud services in the public sector. Particular attention is paid to projects which ensure the information security and the control of the use of cloud technologies such as the National Cloud Platform, GosSOPKA. Moreover the articles explanes the author's position on the current issue, whether cloud services providers are related to the subjects of СII (critical information infrastructure).
