Specificities of general provisions application of compensation of harm caused in the effectuation of security activities

The article deals with the analysis of the general provisions of the Civil Code for damages and identifies specificities of the regulation in the course of effectuation of security services with its legal entity. The author establishes the subjects of civil law, which may be harmed, specifies the objects of the harm (life, health, property). Certain proposals are made to supplement the civil legislation in this area on the basis of the analysis.
