Features of the application of preferential treatment when importing goods from the Republic of Vietnam

The Republic of Vietnam is included in the list of developing countries, which in recent years Vietnam has been exporting a large number of goods, thereby increasing the level of economic stability within its country. This article discusses the characteristic features of the application of preferences when importing goods from the Republic of Vietnam, constructive solutions to problems that arise when applying to the customs authority in order to obtain tariff benefits, and offers recommendations for achieving an effective result.
