Features of the application of the note to the norms on terrorist crimes

The article deals with the implementation of the grounds for exemption from criminal liability in criminal cases of a terrorist orientation. Analyzing the content of the concept of criminal responsibility, the author analyzes the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on active repentance and attempts to bring the note to Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the norms of the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A new version of the grounds for exemption from criminal liability for a terrorist act is proposed.
