Features of project management application in high-tech companies

This article describes features of organization of high-tech project management system in a dynamically changing environment. There are several aspects that require more detailed planning and control during the implementation of high-tech project. This article refers to the position of high-tech production in Russian economy, including the dynamics of changes in the production index for high-tech manufacturing types of economic activity and the share of high-tech industries in the GDP of the Russian Federation.
