Application of bail as a measure of restraint in the context of the informational legal relations development

The article analyzes current legal regulations regarding application of bail as a measure of restraint for a different type of property, defines certain types and necessary requirements of such property, evaluation procedure and conditions of storing; highlights the practice of using information technologies during the application of this measure of restraint.
