Features of process of administrative acts’ revision in the administrative court of the United Kingdom

This article is devoted to tendencies of administrative legislation development in Great Britain in the sphere of administrative procedure. The author notes the optimization and harmonization of administrative procedure rules, and considers peculiarities of jurisdiction activity of the UK Administrative Court. The author proves the existence of a formal approach in the UK requirements to the administrative legal procedures. Also the paper reveals the specifics of interpretation of administrative acts’ revision by British lawyers.
