Features of process management in entrepreneurship

In modern conditions of business management of business entities of particular relevance is the problem of choosing approaches to the implementation of management functions. The process approach to business management as a management methodology is becoming increasingly popular. From the perspective of process management, entrepreneurial activity is considered as a set of processes interrelated and interdependent with each other. The systematic definition and management of such processes and their interaction ensure the achievement of intended results. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the benefits of applying such a management methodology as a process approach in business management. In order to identify the benefits of the process approach in business management, the conceptual and theoretical foundations of the development of the very concept of “entrepreneurial activity” and related concepts, such as “entrepreneur”, “entrepreneurship”, are investigated.
