Features of project activity in real estate management of the Republic of Tatarstan

The article reveals the concept of «project activity» and defines the elements necessary to study the features of this process. Based on the research, the problem that hinders the development of project activities in the Republic of Tatarstan is highlighted. The authors focuse on the fact that an effective system for the implementation of project activities plays a key role in the competitiveness of companies that specialize in this type of activity. Comparative and logical-structural analyses were used in the process of researching project activities in the real estate market of the Republic of Tatarstan. For a detailed acquaintance with the specifics of the implementation of project activities in various segments of the real estate market, a comparative analysis of the activities of two major players in the city of Kazan was conducted. The authors conclude that the systematization of knowledge and approaches to real estate management, as well as the study of the specifics of each individual segment of the real estate market, contribute to solving the problem of the lack of a systematic approach to project activities. The lack of targeted activities to solve this problem can lead to missed opportunities, loss of clients and a low level of development of project activities in the Republic of Tatarstan.
