Currently, more and more studies are devoted to the study of the social environment as a “value-semantic space”, “space for the realization of goals”, “environment as a mental space”. In them, the environment no longer appears only as a subject-spatial one, such intangible categories of the living environment as the spirit of a place, authenticity, traditions, involvement in a place, anthropomorphism, identity, the ability to self-development, etc., become relevant and valuable. In this sense, the professional environment is also a special space for self-realization of a modern person. A significant part of a person's life takes place in the professional sphere, here social ties and a circle of social solidarity, mutual support are formed, here the very possibility of representing oneself for the outside world is formed. Thus, professional activity and the conditions in which it takes place, of course, leave a kind of imprint on a person and his entire way of life.
