Peculiarities of carrying out the verification of the report on crimes stipulated by art. 191.1 of the Russian Criminal Code

The article considers the issues related to the verification of the report on acquisition, storage, transportation, processing for the purpose of sale or sale of notoriously illegally harvesteded wood. It proposes the list of means and methods of preliminary checking of the report on crimes, provided by art. 191.1 of the Russian Criminal Code. The tactical bases of several testing actions are revealed.
