Discount rate calculation in forest valuation

Article considers the calculation of the discount rate for the purposes of forest valuation with the requirements of international and regional valuation standards and recent scientific researches. Author comes to a conclusion that calculation of the discount rate for the forest valuation purposes should be done using all the possible methods in order to find the most precise valuation range of the discount rate.
