Distribution features of Stipa glareosa (Poaceae) and Oxytropis triphylla (Fabaceae) in the Republic of Buryatia

The article depicts all currently known locations of rare relic species - Stipa glareosa and Oxytropis triphylla in Buryatia. The distribution features of the species in the territory of Baikal Siberia are examined, and their interconnection in this territory is discussed. Based on the newly discovered locations, it can be concluded that these relics are more widely distributed in Buryatia compared to the neighboring Irkutsk region, where all known locations of these species are limited to the Olkhon district. The discovery of Stipa glareosa in the Okinsky district serves as a connecting link between the coenopopulations in Baikal Siberia and the main range of the species in the Altai-Sayan region.
