Characteristics of the investigation of crimes related to the illegal establishment of a legal entity and the use of documents for its establishment

Introduction: this article examines the challenges inherent in determining the specific circumstances of criminal acts outlined in Articles 1731 and 1732 of the Russian Federation's Criminal Code. In light of the comprehensive deliberations on the resolution of the identified challenges, the authors propose an examination of the requisite investigative actions and procedural measures through the lens of investigative scenarios that are unfolding at the time of the commencement of a criminal case. It is proposed that typical investigative situations be classified and that a specific procedure be developed for their resolution, depending on the completeness of the established data on the circumstances of the crime.
