Peculiarities of investigation of terrorist crimes

The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that terrorist crimes go beyond the scope of conventional criminal acts which mainly encroach the safety and welfare of a person. The paper identifies the main patterns of existence and development of terrorism as a specific form of unlawful activity, causing huge material and psychological harm to the society and the state. The article is based on the detailed analysis of different opinions regarding the content of terrorist activities.
