Features of the investigation of the sales of drugs resulting from the use of Internet network

The article analyzes the methods of «non-contact» sale of narcotic drugs committed using the Internet. The author proposes an algorithm for the production of procedural actions ensuring the receipt of admissible evidence when examining a mobile phone seized from a participant in the illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs. A list of urgent investigative actions aimed at establishing the organizer of the crime is proposed.
