Litigation from contracts for the design and installation of fire alarm systems

Ensuring fire safety against the background of the tragic events of the past years is of particular importance in Russia. Despite this, in practice, it is extremely rare to find objects with a massive stay of people, where all the requirements for fire safety are fully observed. Unfortunately, state and municipal institutions of various departmental affiliations (schools, technical schools, universities, nursing homes, etc.) are no exception. The purpose of the article is not so much a description of typical violations in the field of fire safety during the installation of a fire alarm, as the determination of the subject of evidence in litigation in this category of cases.
