Features of development and adoption of sequential decisions in business

The article discusses methodological issues of application of decision tree method for managerial sequential decisions making taking into account prevailing business environment characterized by high dynamism and uncertainty. The paper describes theoretical aspects of the method, including such issues as the sequence of building the decision tree and gaining of quantitative estimates. The authors outline a range of possible practical challenges, for which it is advisable to use the decision tree method. The authors consider the possibility of creating a system of sequential decision support on the basis of special software.
