Specificities of development of the land surveying project in the determining of the dimensions of objects of the real estate exception for state or municipal needs in the flooding areas

The main issues arising from the seizure of real estate for state or municipal needs for the purpose of constructing linear facilities are considered. Attention is focused on the projects of surveying the territory of hydraulic structures with the subsequent establishment of flooding and flooding zones on the example of the object «Construction of the Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex on the Don River». Recommendations are given on determining the size of seizure of real estate objects in surveying vast territories.
