The article describes the current state of gastronomic tourism in the Khorezm region, which is defined as a trip to get acquainted with the national cuisine of ancient Khorezm, talks about the role of culinary tourism, the peculiarities of cooking some national dishes, and also discusses theoretical issues of gastronomic tourism.
