The article discusses the features of the development and course of optic neuropathies in patients with cerebral dyscirculatory encephalopathy, and also, the article touches upon such aspects as the dependence of the incidence of optic neuropathies on the etiology of encephalopathy, the age of the patient, the dynamics of the development of neuropathies, the nature of visual impairment.
