Peculiarities of professional competence development in preschool educators using remote educational technologies

Problem and purpose. The article discusses the characteristics of the activities of of preschool educational institutions pedagogues, the problem of developing their professional competence and the possibility of an advanced training system in solving this problem using distance learning technologies. The goal is to discover and scientifically substantiate the nature and specificity of the phenomenon under study using distance learning technologies. The research methodology is aimed at solving this problem: we used cultural, historical, personal, activity, axiological and systemic approaches, the method of content analysis, pedagogical observation, analysis of the results of the activities of preschool educational institutions pedagogues. The article reveals the principles and structure of professional competence, describes in detail the mechanisms and psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the intensive development of the sphere under study. The article discusses the feasibility of using e-learning in educational process and the need for its development in the new informational and educational space. The use of e-learning allows you to implement the requirements of the third generation of the FSES in accordance with the conditions of implementing basic educational programs by enhancing the independent work of educators, increasing their motivation to learn, the usage of interactive tools. Evaluation of the effectiveness was carried out using the method of developing the Spearman rank correlations. There were 76 educators participating in the experiment. Results.The method of mathematical analysis of the quantitative and qualitative results of the experiment proved that the development of the educators' professional competence is on the low and medium levels. The professional competence of a pedagogue develops only throuth mastering professional competences, mastering innovative forms of communication, making use of personality-oriented communication technologies and interactive forms and methods. Conclusion. The results obtained in the course of the experiment allowed to come to the following conclusions: the essence of professional development competence is the dynamic process of mastering and updating professional expertise leading to the development of individual professional qualities, accumulation of professional experience presupposing continuous development and self-perfection. And one of the contemporary means of raising the pedagogical qualification level, the level of a pedagogue' personal professional competence is to make use of distance-learning technologies.
