Features of the productive forces development in the Jewish autonomous region: the migration aspect

This paper describes features of the human resources formation as the part of productive forces in the Jewish Autonomous Region, for the period of 1958-2013. It has been shown a change in the primary source of labor, as a result of the resettlement, special contingent and foreign labor use.
