Peculiarities of the development of modern system of social service for elderly population in the Republic of Buryatia under the conditions of reforms

In the article the main stages of the development of social service system in the Republic of Buryatia has been analyzed since the 1990s through the present. The sociological research carried out among the officials of social sphere has allowed to reveal the main problems of functioning the system of social service of people of older age under the conditions of reforms. The measures for improvement the situation in this sphere have been proposed.
