Disrupted glucose metabolism (LMWH) is determined by blood glucose levels that exceed normal levels, but are still not high enough to fall within the diagnostic criteria specific to type 2 diabetes (2,4). LMWH occurs 2-3 times more often than a severe form of diabetes. Among the patients suffering from LMWH, about 58% have impaired glucose tolerance (NGT), about 29% have fasted fasting glucose (fasting glucose) (NGH), and 13% have both these anomalies (NGH / NGT). At the same time, there are reports of changes in the characteristics of energy metabolism in this category of persons (1.3). In this connection, the purpose of the present study was the study of NTG with the peculiarities of the reaction of metabolism to stress in young people with respect to the predisposition to diabetes mellitus.
