Features of implementation and the mechanism of "single window" technology in foreign countries

The article is devoted to the features of the implementation and mechanism of the "single window" technology in foreign countries. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the "single window" mechanism has recently been actively implemented by countries around the world to simplify trade procedures and the process of submitting documents when performing export, import and transit operations. In the article, we analyzed the foreign practice of creating Single Window mechanisms, considered the legal framework for the design, development and implementation of the Single Window mechanism, a description of the features, characteristics and problems that arose when using the Single Window in a particular country. Many developed and developing countries are actively implementing the "single window" mechanism in order to reduce the time of customs formalities and simplify the filing of documents in the organization of international trade. The Single Window is an important element in many countries of the world, allowing some of them not only to achieve their goals, but also to increase their competitiveness in the international market.
