Features of the infrastructure projects implementation in the socio-cultural sphere on the basis of public-private partnership

The article explores the specifics of the public-private partnership developmentaimed at stimulating the inflow of investments into the socio-cultural sphere. Thecharacteristic of the institutional environment ensuring the various forms appli-cation efficiency of public-private partnership is given. The regulatory legal andorganizational aspects of the regulation of public-private partnership develop-ment processes are determined; the most typical deficiencies in the public-privatepartnership mechanism functioning are presented. Variants of risk reduction andimprovement of forms of interaction between the state and business under jointimplementation of infrastructure projects are suggested.
