Features investment projects in the federal target program

The article discusses the features of the implementation of investment projects in the performance of the federal target programs. It is shown that the formation and implementation of investment projects should be implemented taking into account the coordination of interests of various state target program management levels. Based on the criteria for defining the interests of each of the levels, selects investment projects. The final selection of investment projects for the implementation of targeted programs produced with the additional indicators based on financial, economic, budgetary, social and environmental criteria.
