Features of the implementation of national projects in the field of healthcare in the Trans-Baikal territory

In this paper, the features of the implementation of national projects in the field of healthcare in the Trans-Baikal Territory are considered. It has been established that innovations in the field of healthcare are being actively introduced in Transbaikalia, new methods of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases are being created. The article indicates that by order of the Ministry of Health in the Trans-Baikal Territory, a telemedicine consultation service has been established at the federal and regional levels. The statistics on the incidence of malignant neoplasms are analyzed. With the introduction of the federal project «Fight against oncological diseases», serious changes and optimization began in the system of providing medical care to cancer patients. Over the past five years, the Trans-Baikal healthcare has taken a course to improve the organization of the obstetric service, which is based on a three-level system. The author comes to the conclusion that the provision of high-tech types of medical care on the basis of state and municipal medical institutions is actively developing in the region.
