Peculiarities of implementation of selected directions of legal work in educational organizations of the Russian ministry of foreign affairs system: positive experience and problems (on the example of the Tyumen Institute of Advanced Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia)

The authors of this article highlight the positive experience and problems arising in the work of legal units in the implementation of legal support for the activities of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Despite the results of the implementation of the Basic Guidelines for Improving Legal Support for the Organization and Operation of the Russian Interior Ministry System for 2007-2017, the problems of legal support remain relevant even today in the context of the implementation of the Concept of Legal Regulation and Legal Support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the period from 2017 to 2021. The problems of organization of legal work touched upon in the framework of this article, as well as possible solutions to them (positive experience) have repeatedly been the subject of reports at meetings - seminars of heads of legal divisions of educational organizations of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
